Who we are

TJT Life Division is a division of TJT Consulting Services. This policy explains how we handle personal information through this website. TJT Consulting Services is responsible for the information we collect. For privacy questions or requests, email info@thinktjt.com.

What we collect and why

Our program interest and contact forms currently ask for your first name, last name and email address, and identify the program or consultation you are interested in. Ownership Gap Assessment signups collect your first name, last name and email address to provide access to the assessment and manage the email list. The assessment answers are not submitted through the signup form.

If you provide a phone number or message when contacting us, we use that information to respond. The current website forms do not have phone or message fields. Please do not send sensitive health, financial or other personal information through these forms.

We use inquiries to answer questions, discuss program interest and arrange appropriate next steps. We use subscription information to manage our email list and send relevant updates. Our providers also receive technical information needed to deliver their services, such as IP addresses, browser and device details. Optional analytics and advertising services receive page visits, online identifiers and site activity when tracking is allowed.

Services that process information

  • Mailchimp: receives name, email and signup or inquiry tags through our program interest, contact and Ownership Gap Assessment forms, and manages our email lists.
  • FormSubmit: delivers contact and discovery inquiry details by email to the TJT team. These inquiries go to Rebecca, with copies to Alyssa and Monica. Other program interest forms and the assessment signup do not use FormSubmit.
  • Google Analytics 4: measures page visits and site interactions, such as discovery call button clicks. It may receive a booking completion event if scheduling is later connected. We do not include submitted form values in our analytics events.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel: measures page visits for advertising measurement and site activity.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag: measures advertising and site activity using page visits, device information and online identifiers.
  • Google Fonts: delivers the fonts used on this site. Your browser connects to Google to request font files.
  • Google Drive: hosts the Ownership Gap Assessment document. Opening the assessment takes you to Google Drive, where Google processes information under its own privacy policy.
  • Lovable: hosts this website and its images and supports website delivery and technical diagnostics.

This site uses Meta (Facebook) Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure advertising and site activity.

Calendly: discovery calls are booked through Alyssa Rocco's Calendly scheduling page (calendly.com/alyssarocco/30min). Discovery call buttons open that page in a new tab, where Calendly processes the details you enter to schedule your call under its own privacy policy.

These providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, appropriate safeguards must be in place. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data. Each provider also has its own privacy terms.

Emails and unsubscribing

Use the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails to stop receiving them, or email info@thinktjt.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from responding to an inquiry you send or communicating about a service you request. We may retain a limited unsubscribe record to respect your choice.

Cookies and your choices

Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag use cookies or similar technology for measurement and advertising purposes. For visitors identified as being in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, these services stay off until you accept. We use your browser time zone and a website country check to identify consent regions. If location cannot be resolved, we ask for consent before loading these services.

Outside these regions, tracking is normally enabled without a banner, unless you reject it or a browser privacy signal requests an opt out. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by keeping these services off. Accept and Reject have equal prominence.

reopens the banner so you can accept or reject optional tracking at any time. Opening settings does not change your existing choice. Rejection or withdrawal stops future tracking, but does not erase information already received by a provider. Withdrawing may refresh the page to stop an already loaded advertising tag.

We store your cookie choice on your device for 12 months. The record includes a random visitor reference, the time, region signals, notice text and version, and analytics and advertising choices. Earlier acceptance evidence is retained on that device when you later withdraw. This consent record is not sent to the advertising providers. Clearing browser storage removes it, and we will ask again where consent is required.

The assessment popup separately uses local storage to remember dismissal for seven days or signup for 365 days. This does not grant tracking consent. Necessary website delivery, form submission and font requests are separate from optional analytics and advertising tags.

How long information is kept

We keep inquiry and program information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. Mailing list information is kept while you remain subscribed, with limited records retained when needed to honor an unsubscribe request. Provider records may have their own retention periods. This draft does not set a fixed retention period for every type of information; contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may ask to access or obtain a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to processing or receive it in a portable format. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out on that basis. Email info@thinktjt.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

For EU and UK visitors, the GDPR and UK GDPR may apply. Depending on the purpose, processing relies on responding to requests before a service agreement, consent for optional tracking or marketing where required, legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and maintaining the site, or legal obligations. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

For California visitors, applicable law may give you rights to know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, and opt out of sale or sharing for cross context behavioral advertising. Advertising tags may be treated as sharing under California law. Use Cookie Settings to reject this tracking, enable Global Privacy Control or email us with a request. Where applicable, an authorized agent may act for you, and you may exercise your rights without discrimination.

Children’s privacy

Teen Individual Coaching is arranged with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. A parent or guardian who believes a child under 13 has provided information should contact info@thinktjt.com so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update the Last updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request a new choice before using information for a new purpose.
